This works especially well when interests, energy levels or mobility needs differ. Instead of forcing one programme on the whole company, you give people a few clear options and create a shared moment afterward. Check the opening hours, booking needs and travel time for the other activities before setting the reunion point.

Choose a hosted provider if you need to manage dozens of people, produce scores, run a synchronized competition or deliver a facilitated learning outcome. A guide or event company is also the safer choice when the whole route must meet specific accessibility requirements.
